Used / Pre-owned custom-manufactured skid-mounted Pellet Mill Plant Custom made mobile pelleting plant designed for the production of fertilizer pellets. Designed for high-efficiency feed processing. This system includes a 12 x 12 controlled environment control center and hydraulic power-down footings for easy mobilization. It features two CME 30HP HMSVB heavy-duty hammer mills (Serial #220633 & #220632) equipped with standard screens, double sets of full carbide hammers, rods with locknuts, spacers, and heavy-duty magnets. The setup also includes two R150 200HP pellet mills (230/460V) with standard 1/4" dies, roll sets (narrow and wide), and R200 series stainless steel components including conditioners, force feeders, leg extensions, magnets, and auto lubrication systems. Additionally, the system comes with a CME HMS-AS blower cyclone air system, which includes a 5HP cyclone blower motor, bottom rotary airlock ( HP), and cyclone/blower assembly. To support material transport, the assembly includes three galvanized CME MILL-BE line bucket elevators (14, Serial #EL11821, EL11920, EL11913), each with a capacity of approximately 8 tons per hour depending on product characteristics and pellet size and featuring explosion vents, crowned drum pulleys, heavy-duty pillow block bearings, dust seals, and internal/external hot-dipped galvanizing.

(1) Liyang Counter Flow Cooler, model SKLN4, capacity 4-8 tons per hour, cooling volume 4m3, serial# 201412001. It cools the pellet with a temperature of 70C~90C to a temperature 3C~5C slightly higher than ambient temperature, and can lower to a safety moisture content.
